Pros
Smart kind intelligent colleagues. Work life balance is good and all the benefits are good too! If you are a long and steady hauler, this is a good place to be. If you are looking for a promotion in less then 5 years, not so great.
Cons
Very hard to get promoted. Over 21 years only have 3 grade changes. You really have to advocate for yourself and take zigzag opportunities, and or secondments to gain more experience and then go and interview and hope you get the higher level grade role.
