Good Pay, Great Benefits, Lots of Vacation/time off, Blue Collar but not too strenuous physically, Don’t take work home with you, Lots of downtime

Cons

Pigeon holing employees, Always asking more with less resources, No advancement opportunities, bad work/life balance, Overtime gradually went away (main reason to work in a factory position with no work/life balance), Nepotism runs rampant, I wouldn’t recommend a career in Production to someone that has aspirations to do more with their career
