      Pros

      Management is flexible, job is easy a lot of downtime.

      Cons

      Management even though is flexible, seems to not to be concerned about the high turnover there. No raises, and benefits offered give something for other companies to laugh at. People just don't seem to want to work half the time. Also there's no growth so if you're looking to move up in position look elsewhere.
