      Cons

      Used to be a wonderful place to work but now spins executives like a top. Complete turnover at the exec level in the last 2 years including the CEO who has now left twice for stress reasons. HR is a complete joke and of no use to the employees. (Pro management times a million!) Their last COO left to join a competitor. What does that tell you? Most managers hired over the last 5 - 6 years couldn't manage a Cub Scout troop. No concept of how to lead and motivate subordinates.
