I loved my job for 6 years until management changed and unreasonable demands were added to our already overloaded desks. Entire dept. quit within 1 year.

Pros

Employees are very well paid and they have great benefits. There are a lot of dedicated employees with the majority being long term employees.

Cons

There is no innovation and the company is stagnant. Morale is not great and their is a lot of back stabbing. The company is extremely political and is getting more so.
