      40 Years....and we are just getting started

      Pros

      Pharmavite is 40 year old company that has a great history of growth, profit and no layoffs. The product is high quality, and the business ethics are very, very high. Pharmavite has been hiring a lot of people lately; talent is coming from Nestle, Unilever, Amgen, Mars, etc. These are good people with good ideas, and they aren't afraid to share them!

      Cons

      This is a tough, dynamic category and as such requires the business to change it's priorities very quickly as we get retail sales information. This can be hard especially for people who don't like change and do like to plan. This is a highly regulated environment, and that can be frustrating for many departments that are trying innovate.

      Pros

      When other companies were reducing benefits and layoff people over the past five years, Pharmavite has continued to grow. Increasing revenue and profit year over year! I have a lot of opportunity to add value and feel like my voice is heard.

      Cons

      Pharmavite is experiencing normal growing pains that comes with being a growth oriented business. Lots of opportunity in most functions to upgrade and simplify processes. The con is that we need to focus on what is most important versus trying to do everything. If you dont like change and fast paced environment, this is NOT the place for you.
