Pros
Piers and supervisors are good to work with. Pay is sub par but the benefits are good. New building with climate controlled environment.
Cons
Management is incompetent and will flat out lie to employees. Ex. Turnover is high and when asked what they where doing about it they stated that the turnover was in a normal range. Hard to believe when there are only three people out of 12 on an original shift after a year. HR is a joke. Reminds me of a used car salesman trying to sale you a lemon. Will tell you what you want to here just to get you out of their office and once you are out you can forget about any promises they made. Front office uses company money to buy their lunches and then send the leftover scrap to the back for the people who are actually making the product and the money they are spending. Very disrespectful as is in throw the dogs some scraps. With lackluster management and lack of real emphasis on quality competitors are beginning to dominate their market space.
