Low Pay, Very Low yearly increases, New Secretive management QA Managers cant manage their departments HR is unprofessional and will write up for anything All good employees have fled only the clueless ones have stayed Employee moral at all time low

Good for any entry level person new to manufacturing to get experience or need enough gas money to get to and from work each day.

Cons

Auditors may put your jobs at risk since the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.Work ethics of people diminish because of the huge gap in pay those who put more effort into their work than the little amount that people do with their useless education. Most of the work could be done by a monkey. Monkeys can do better work than most at Pharmavite.Most office people can’t do the job they’re hired for to manage.

Very few employees are promoted, can't trust anyone, huge rumor mill, terrible raises, quality has went down hill fast.
