There are a lot of talented individuals that work there. Very nice environment.

Cons

All decisions are made at the California Corporate office. These decisions are influenced by the culture and climate in California and not Alabama. A lot of times the two cultures are not aligned and it causes issues within the team.

Great company culture, resources/technology to do support your best work, and rich future vision and organizational strategy that supports employee development, engagement, and well-being.

Cons

We are in growth-mode, so teams can feel highly pressurized and struggle to collaborate with cross-functional partners. In my experience, the organization strives to improve collaboration and invests in the resources, training, and communications to do so. Overall, I’ve had incredible learning experiences and am so grateful for the opportunities to grow and gain exposure within my field at this organization.
