Pros

Excellent C-suite leadership that's approachable, transparent, mission driven, and communicative. (Recently demonstrated with pro-active COVID planning and policy development). Strong strategic plans within the supply chain that balance the People with the Business. Healthy and improving culture with talented new-hires (at leadership & individual contributor levels) with high focus on science & quality, skill/capability development, & inclusive leadership. Highly competitive pay and compensation, great new vibrant HQ location, & flexible work arrangements. Last 2-3 years spent laying the foundation for future growth with significant investments in digital/omni-channel capabilities, R&D & innovation capabilities, supply chain integration & reliability, & people/leader development. Exciting brands and products that fit a need in society & the community today (ie. Immunity items). Very healthy financials with a long-term focused parent organization. Future outlook extremely positive in the next 2-3 years. * Rapidly improving Supply Chain organization across Make, Source, Plan, & Deliver organizations. EVP/CSCO of Supply Chain effectively balances strong strategic vision with executional excellence.

Cons

Location is in West Hills, CA. Would be more attractive if located more centrally to the Los Angeles area. Systems and business intelligence capabilities are a 'Work in Progress'. Some work is currently inefficient & highly manual (though strategic plans are in place to drive transformation). Smaller/Mid-Size organization limits promotional opportunities (not to be mistaken with learning opportunities, as the organization does a nice job with skill/capability build, stretch project assignments, etc...)

Lab employees are great to work with. friendly environment

Cons

QC management has no personal value to their employees no matter how hard they work you are just an employee number. Their only goal is their end of the year bonus. Very strike attendance policy.

If you have on-going concerns, we encourage you to discuss them with Site Leadership or HR.
