Highly competitive pay and compensation, great new vibrant HQ location, & flexible work arrangements. Last 2-3 years spent laying the foundation for future growth with significant investments in digital/omni-channel capabilities, R&D & innovation capabilities, supply chain integration & reliability, & people/leader development. Exciting brands and products that fit a need in society & the community today (ie. Immunity items). Very healthy financials with a long-term focused parent organization. Cons
Location is in West Hills, CA. Would be more attractive if located more centrally to the Los Angeles area. Systems and business intelligence capabilities are a 'Work in Progress'. Some work is currently inefficient & highly manual (though strategic plans are in place to drive transformation). Smaller/Mid-Size organization limits promotional opportunities (not to be mistaken with learning opportunities, as the organization does a nice job with skill/capability build, stretch project assignments, etc...)
