      Pharmavite is the best company I've worked for, the values they stand for and purpose from the beginning of the company are those that I'm proud of and practice in my personal life. The opportunities to advance in the company are endless as long as you are willing to put in the work. It should also be mentioned that in difficult times such as a serious illness or surgery that the company turns into more of a family rather than a business. Their first priority and concern is you and your health, I speak from personal experience on this matter. They will work with you and your doctor's orders to get you back to good health so you can return to your job when it is safe to do so. Over the last couple of years dealing with covid 19 they did their best to keep the plant running as usual and our safety again was their first priority.

      Cons

      Like with most big companies when a problem is identified and a solution is found it takes time to implement the solution. I feel that this process can somehow be shortened and action taken much faster.
