I love this company. Been here 3 years. Yes there have been a lot of changes in that time, but for the better. New Executive team who have elevated the caliber of our company with increased productivity and profits. They hold people accountable for results and have been weeding out low performers who aren’t able to flex with the changes. There’s a new competitive edge that makes it attractive and exciting to be on a winning team who has kept this as the number one brand in the vitamin category. I have great pride working here.
Cons
The employees who blame everyone else but themselves for their issues. Those who expect immediate solutions - those who are part of the problem by being negative and like to complain versus being positive and want to help make this the best possible place to come into every day.
