Pros

Everyone is very collaborative and respectful. The organization is open to different ways of approaching problems with novel solutions and the mindset is "we are in it together." Market leaders and experts in the vitamin category with testing and strong clinical evidence. The dynamic nature of the category means the strategy is likely right but how we execute matters. The leadership is open to different "hows".

Cons

There are growing pains with a organization that has almost doubled org in last 3 years. Many processes exist but updating for a larger, more complex business and identify resource needs is essential to future success.

If you don't fit into this month's management style, which is always changing, you are out. Doesn't matter how good an employee you are, if your job title doesn't fit into the new box in the org chart they will throw you away.
