Pharmavite Cares About Our Safety, Health and Well-Being

Pharmavite has always been focused on employee health and wellness; benefits are good and I like participating in PharmaFit, our wellness program. Throughout COVID-19, the company has really “walked the talk” – from requiring safety training and protocols on-site to delivering personal wellness gifts to employee homes to offering new benefits programs. Last week, they even offered an onsite clinic to make it easy for employees and their families to access vaccines.

Cons

There is a lot of change happening at Pharmavite; if you like the status quo, this probably isn’t the right place to be.

Everyone is very collaborative and respectful. The organization is open to different ways of approaching problems with novel solutions and the mindset is "we are in it together." Market leaders and experts in the vitamin category with testing and strong clinical evidence. The dynamic nature of the category means the strategy is likely right but how we execute matters. The leadership is open to different "hows".

Cons

There are growing pains with a organization that has almost doubled org in last 3 years. Many processes exist but updating for a larger, more complex business and identify resource needs is essential to future success.
