      Awesome work location, amazing on-boarding process, gym with towel service, nice people

      Cons

      Temporary cons are that we are growing and there are lots of new people integrating to an existing system - this means sometimes everyone is not on the same page. I say temporary because I am confident that when everyone settles in communications between departments and teams will be clearer and more cohesive.

      Lab employees are great to work with. friendly environment

      Cons

      QC management has no personal value to their employees no matter how hard they work you are just an employee number. Their only goal is their end of the year bonus. Very strike attendance policy.

If you have on-going concerns, we encourage you to discuss them with Site Leadership or HR.
