      The company tries to play it off like they care for their employees more than the product or the business.

      Pros

      Great benefits, days off, and sick time. You only have to wait 90 days for your vacation time, rather than a year like most companies.

      Cons

      HR doesn’t do anything when supervisors cross lines with their employees. And supervisors are always too scared to fire people who are only bringing the company downs

      Pros

      Quite almost to the point of quaint. Benefits are good for its size, but below average for a "health" company.

      Cons

      Limited by middle management bureaucracy making change impossible. Employees are considered a mixed bag and sadly its true, so that is exactly how they are treated. Corporate is sterile, dated, and very detached from the other facilities. Its a lost Japanese company trying to find its way.
