      A great company to work for

      Pros

      Not many companies wanted to give me a chance as a recent college graduate with no experience, but Pharmavite did. This company truly cares about their employees and shows it in many ways. We have great benefits and average pay, and the company is very interested in making sure their employees live a healthy lifestyle. We are given nice little gifts frequently throughout the year. The supervisors are also often very understanding.

      Cons

      They are very strict on time, which is how it should be, but you should try to never be late.

      Completed 3 months at West Hills location and loving it so far

      Pros

      Smooth interviewing process...whole process took about 3 weeks. I always felt like I knew feedback from each round, and what the next steps were. Decisions were made quickly. Interviews were held exactly on time as scheduled. Once I was hired it was a very organized transition into the company. The HR new hire process was smooth and easy, and I felt like my manager set me up for success in scheduling me for meetings and making sure I met all the people I needed to meet with. The frequent town halls are a great way to stay in touch with all aspects of the company, and especially great to put faces with names in a situation where we're all working from home right now.

      Cons

      I love working from home and am sad that we are eventually going to go back to a hybrid workplace. I'm hoping the company remains flexible on work options, and realizes how wasteful even 1 hour a day is for commuting and decrease in work life balance.
