Pharmavite is close knit organization that truly believes in their values. They have an excellent compensation program and 5 star health program, with a commitment to Virgin Pulse, onsite yoga, and additional contributions towards your healthcare costs based on program participation. The most important thing to me is that leadership is serious about belonging - not just DEI. From their state of the art headquarters to the programs they run the facilities, they clearly care deeply about their employees. This is my third time working here and I couldn't be more proud to be part of the Nature Made world.

Cons

It's not really a con, but we are working on revamping our foundational technologies. It's hugely challenging but so satisfying. Leadership is incredibly supported.
