-The current Executive Team doesn't seem to mesh well together, there is a lot dissension amongst the Execs which only creates a really negative, toxic working environment -There is a lack of work/life balance in several departments -Morale is at an all time low and the Executive Team/HR isn't doing anything to fix the retention issues and they don't truly seem to care -There are a lot of retention issues with top performers leaving while many low performing individuals continue to take advantage of the system -No one is empowered to make decisions, it's a highly consensus driven culture with seemingly no real leader

Drama and highly dysfunctional corporate culture. Incompetent senior administration and bullying continues. Employees are marginalized and not treated well by upper management who blame everyone else when things go wrong.....making for a unstable system.
