Learning exposure- 1:1 exposure with the customer not only helps gather the problems but also helps with releasing a fully functional feature that drives the growth of the enterprise. New Challenges every day- This helps me grow, as this is a fast-paced SaaS company, every day is a mix of customer issues, bugs, priorities, long-term goals, next sprint planning, ideation, etc. This is a benchmark for growth that does not inhibit creativity. Remote Work flexibility- With work from home flexibility and an open PTO option, this allows a great work-life balance, which is very important for me.
