- great people - flexible work arrangements - fully remote - fulfilling work - upper management are ethically straight shooters.

Cons

- Promotion opportunities are perhaps a bit limited because of the size of the company, but things can be arranged. - Strategic transparency with the rank and file could be better.

Great Company To Work for Part Time

Pros

Completely remote with a flexible schedule, for an entry level part time moonlighting position I couldn't have found anything better. I had the freedom to work whenever I had time and even working odd hours, I still got frequent and quick feedback from my superiors.

Cons

For my situation this was the perfect position for me, I personally didn't experience any cons.
