Pros

Phenom has become the most TOXIC companies ever you will come across in your journey. There is just chaos all around and they keep talking AI AI AI without really understanding how and where to use it wisely. 1. Excellent place to experience how toxic leadership can destroy employee morale on a daily basis. 2. Perfect environment if you want to work under nonstop pressure, unrealistic expectations, and zero appreciation. 3. Leadership ensures employees are constantly reminded that respect and professionalism are optional. 4. Great opportunity to learn how to survive without work-life balance, mental peace, or job security. 5. Frequent layoffs keep the atmosphere exciting and employees permanently anxious about their future. 6. An ideal workplace for anyone wanting first hand exposure to micromanagement, blame culture, and office politics. 7. Management does an outstanding job of turning even simple tasks into stressful escalations. 8. Employees quickly become emotionally resilient after dealing with public humiliation and constant criticism from leadership. 9. A strong culture of overworking employees while offering little recognition, growth, or compensation in return. 10. One of the best places to realize the importance of a healthy workplace after leaving the company.

Cons

Don't get fooled by the recent 5* reviews all are orchestrated and well coordinated by the extremely talented HR team who has no other work apart from Firing folks and forcing fake Reviews. The company has one of the most unhealthy and toxic work environments I have experienced professionally. The culture is heavily fear-driven, where employees are constantly pressured, micromanaged, and expected to work beyond reasonable limits without any regard for personal well-being or work-life balance. Leadership behaviour is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Senior leadership frequently insult, belittle, and publicly humiliate employees instead of providing constructive guidance or support. There is little respect for employees’ efforts, opinions, or mental health. Feedback is often delivered aggressively, creating a hostile atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and demotivated. The work environment itself is highly stressful and chaotic. Unrealistic expectations, poor planning, constant escalations, and lack of accountability from leadership make day-to-day work exhausting. Employees are often blamed for systemic issues while leadership avoids responsibility entirely. There is also a complete lack of employee recognition or career growth. Despite high workloads and continuous pressure, there are little to no salary hikes, rewards, or meaningful opportunities for advancement. Frequent layoffs and job insecurity further contribute to an environment of anxiety and instability. Communication from Top lacks transparency, empathy, and professionalism. Decisions are often abrupt, poorly communicated, and made without considering employee impact. Rather than fostering collaboration and innovation, the organization promotes politics, blame culture, and excessive pressure. Overall, this is an extremely stressful, unsupportive, and mentally draining workplace with poor leadership, low morale, and a deeply negative work culture that makes long-term sustainability very difficult for employees.

Pros

No pros only cons , everyone is leaving

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for. Most of the ratings above 1 star feel completely misleading, and the genuine employee experience is reflected only in the negative reviews. The management treats employees like machines rather than human beings. There is absolutely no respect for employees, no work-life balance, and the culture is extremely toxic. Employees are expected to work 12–14 hours a day regularly, and unless you work on weekends, you are not even considered committed. Personal life and mental well-being have zero value here. There are no proper hikes, no bonuses, and almost no employee benefits despite the excessive workload. Hard work is rarely appreciated, and employees are treated as easily replaceable. Layoffs happen frequently, creating constant fear and insecurity among employees. Overall, this company has one of the worst work cultures I have experienced, and I would strongly advise job seekers to think carefully before joining.

Pros

• Good place to gain experience and learn the company’s product. • Learning opportunities are available. • Can help build years of experience

Cons

Cons: • Too much favoritism and family/friend influence in the workplace. • Employees outside preferred groups may feel ignored, uncomfortable, or left out. • Performance is not always valued equally. • Limited career growth, no proper hikes, appraisals, or recognition for some employees. • Learning is mostly related to the internal product and may not fully help outside the company. • Toxic management, rude behavior, and lack of professionalism.
