Pros

3 years ago when I joined this company, I didn’t expect to get much responsibility so quickly, but within the first few weeks I was already working on tasks that actually mattered. That pushed me to learn faster than I had in previous roles. One thing I appreciated was that if you showed initiative, people were open to letting you take ownership instead of restricting you to a fixed scope. Over time, I was able to understand not just my role but how different pieces of work connected, which helped me grow a lot in terms of confidence and problem-solving. I’ve also had fairly transparent interactions with my managers, expectations and feedback are usually clear, which makes it easier to navigate work. Compared to what you hear about the job market right now, I do think it’s a positive that the company is still actively hiring and creating opportunities. Cultural events and internal activities are also done quite well and bring a good break from routine. There’s some level of flexibility in working hours and holidays.

Cons

The pace can fluctuate depending on priorities, so some phases feel more demanding than others. Planning can be more consistent, which would make workloads feel more predictable, especially during busier periods.

Pros

You get to work on solving real world business problems, take ownership, and build solid expertise over time with autonomy. Flexibility in the workspace is available, I have personally benefitted availing leaves and personal time off every year I have been here till date.

Cons

Things aren’t always perfectly organized, and there’s still room to improve how teams coordinate and plan work. There is genuine, visible effort to improve here, and if you’re proactive, you can make the most out of the experience.
