One of the worst companies. All 1 star reviews are pin point accurate. All 5 star reviews are fake.

Cons

Worst HR policies. Mandatory Bond to hostage you for less salary. 9 hours mandatory in office work. Work on weekends. Worst food. Toxic unprofessional management. Useless illiterate HR team.

Honestly, things don’t look great here right now. There’s a strong push to cut costs, and internally it feels like major workforce reductions could be on the table. Growth has slowed down significantly, and the overall direction feels uncertain. Don’t walk in expecting hikes those don’t seem to be happening anytime soon. And work-life balance? You’ll need to fight for it. Weekends can easily turn into workdays if you’re not careful. If you’re currently here, it might be smart to start saving and planning ahead, because clarity around things like job security and even severance isn’t exactly reassuring. Definitely go in with your eyes open.

Cons

Massive workforce cuts seem to be on the horizon, feels like up to half the team 50% could be impacted. Support and client facing roles? Already looking extremely vulnerable. At the same time, product development spending is going up, but there’s little clarity on where the money is actually going or what the long-term plan is.
