      Pros

      Same pros as initially stated... extremely smart, agile and fun teammates, and making a real impact with our customers and in the talent acquisition space.

      Cons

      Former con was no fresh fruit in the kitchen. We now have a bigger kitchen, and fresh, ORGANIC, fruit delivered weekly. Therefore, no current cons.

      Pros

      Phenom People is a company that not only cares about its services and clients, but also its employees. They take care of their people and understand the importance of one's quality of life and enjoyment of their job. We all work very hard, but we all want to because of how wonderful the company takes care of us. The leadership team has brought faith back into the working world and truly exemplifies what leadership is. I feel very lucky to be working here.
