      Amazing & talented team and a company with a purpose that will disrupt recruitment world Things happen at breath taking speed with so much of learning. This is possible as the company is very particular to build small product engineering teams that can run fast and still achieve excellence Rapidly growing company with lot of freedom for leaders and other people to make decisions or contribute in the process of making decisions

      None as of now. The speed at which things happen should continue even when company grows at breakneck speed

      Pros

      Fun, exciting place to work - never a dull day. Down-to-earth people who are competitive and driven to make the company the best it can be, with no agenda beyond that. Lots of opportunity to be creative, try new things and learn as you go, with a lot of room to grow. Great place to work for people who like the challenge of building a company from the ground up.

      Cons

      Not a structured workplace, so not the best environment for people used to or looking for a set role or leadership tier.
