Pros

Phenom offers exceptional flexibility with unlimited PTO and minimal micromanagement. The benefits are top-tier, and the free food in the office is a great perk. Overall, it’s a very employee-friendly environment that values autonomy.

Cons

There is a significant lack of direction within the CV team, with constantly shifting priorities and inconsistent delivery cycles. Methods and tools change frequently, and data collection is manual and inconsistent, frustrating both clients and employees. Furthermore, there is a lack of knowledge sharing between teams, which exacerbates inefficiencies. Leadership also lacks a clear vision for the department’s future, and there is no intuitive framework to streamline processes or deliver value more efficiently, creating ongoing friction for the team.

Pros

I joined Phenom as a fresher 5 years back , the joining day was so memorable and great experience for me as my family was present on that day , the company had given me a great opportunity to take the appointment letter and joining kit from my parents , that momement will be there in me through out my life , i could see my parents happy tears and there emotions , i was very thankful to the hr team and phenom for creating that moment , being a from a village background my communication skills and my shyness are becoming hurdles for my day to day work , I could not even express to my manager or hr , this was continued for a long time , in one of the feedback sessions by hr , i took the daring step and spoke to hr about my problem , they have assured me that they will help me , from that time onwards a situation is created in my team , that gave me confidence and belief that i can do , i really appreciate my manager and hr and my team for what ever Iam today , I discussed the same with my colleagues who are similar like me and all of them have got the benefit. Phenom is the company which i have heard gives more opportunities to freshers, especially those from remote cities. When you look at policies and benefits we get what is required. Our health insurance is one of the best , and for bachelors like us we get free lunch and dinner. A surprise is that we don't have a security guard in the office; we have 24/7 access and can come and go when ever we need. We also sometimes play indoor sports on weekends. I'm not writing to boast about the company or myself; this is the fact, Today, in these five years, I have received three promotions. The reason I am writing this is that the external world must know: there are a few negative reviews written. Don't believe them; 90% of what they say is untrue. They possess so much negativity and have nothing else to do with their lives. What do they gain by spreading negativity?

Cons

As of now, I don't think of anything

Pros

I’ve been at Phenom for six years, and here are the things I truly appreciate about working here: 1. Pay is on time, which matters a lot for both bachelors and those with families. 2. Flexible work hours with no rigid timing rules. 3. A safe, supportive workplace for women — single mothers and mothers with children under five are on hybrid schedules, and every woman gets two WFH days per month. 4. Night shift allowance and transport provided for night shifts. 5. Free lunch and dinner; 24/7 coffee and tea; evening healthy snacks. 6. Great office infrastructure and a dedicated shuttle for the Vizag office given its remote location. 7. Excellent learning opportunities for freshers, exposure to the latest technologies, hack weeks, hackathons, and regular learning sessions for upskilling. 8. Strong HRBP engagement — HRBPs regularly connect with employees. 9. Thoughtful employee engagement and festival celebrations — I haven’t seen this level of engagement in any other company I’ve worked with. 10. Top health insurance coverage for employees and their families. 11. Active health and wellness program, including an in-house meditation instructor whose benefits extend to family members. 12. Meaningful CSR initiatives. 13. Decent salary hikes, even during tough market conditions. Overall, Phenom offers a people-first culture, solid benefits, and great growth opportunities — which is why I’ve stayed for six years.

Cons

No organization is perfect, and there’s always room to improve. A few suggestions I’d like to see addressed: 1. Ensure salary hikes are paid on time. 2. Improve food hygiene in the cafeterias. 3. Encourage leaders to interact more frequently with their teams.
