Pros

Once you become salaried, pay and benefits are great! But that's a pro for Danaher vs. Phenomenex.

Cons

Unsafe, no experts/veterans, willing to sacrifice quality to get product out. Management in constant revolving door. Lack of training and have new employees training new employees.
