The people and teams with which you work are very supportive and are like family. The benefits are pretty good since the parent company, Danaher, is a Fortune 150 company. Vacation and holiday schedule are in the right ball park (not great, not terrible).

Cons

The pay is subpar and company is going through some growing pains, but seem to be on the right track.
