Very solid place to work! Great team environment and always doing fun things to make job better. Lots of people have been there many, many years and lots of former employees return (says a lot about a company!). Definitely would tell my friends to work at Phenomenex and always new opportunities to advance. Great company with great employees.

Cons

Not many cons to list that I can think of (all places have small things)...Slightly better benefits would always be welcome but not bad at all.
