      Pros

      Family like atmosphere in the workplace, Management talks and interacts with workers daily, help is there if needed, praise is given immediately, Management understands any and all problems you may have, vacationing is encouraged, does profit sharing, matches 401k,built in gym for employees, the work is fun and challenging.

      Cons

      sometimes the work can be very repetitive, thus becoming boring or stale, but this rarely happens if at all in the workplace.

      Pros

      They work hard to keep it a fun atmosphere. Very understanding & extremely accomodating when things happne outside of work and you need time time. It's a great environment for those who want to make friends at work (i.e. people take time off to go shopping together, happy hours for any reason etc).

      Cons

      You have to fight to get further. It seems like your salary is never as much raised as you were promised (although this might be because of the recession in the past few years). Gossip gossip gossip. I've worked at different places for the past decade and I have Never seen anything like this. You just have to remember that you're not here to make friends; you're here to do work. And if you happen to make friends along the way, great. If not, you're here for the paycheck.
