Pros

Great overall company culture, everyone is very friendly. It's a secure industry and there's a good mix of older and younger folks. Company outings, gym onsite with free membership for employees, plenty of opportunities for volunteer work and bonuses for marathons and employee referrals

Cons

The hiring process can be a bit slow and sometimes it can be difficult to be promoted within. It can be easy to get stuck in one place for years, but they also make it easy to move around between departments

Pros

Not really many other than the occasional extra holiday vacation day but that is real rare

Cons

This company is one who works on a japanese model, alot of productivity for the least amount of money. All management does is look at metrics like you would see at the toyota assembly line. The company was american owned but now is owned by japanese, they may have retained name but that is the only thing american. This company is beginning to fail and your seeing it with the weekluy marketing meetings, manangement is scrambling for increases on rates. The turnover rate is quite high, the only people who stay are those inexperienced but they can't keep good people. Imagine a japanese sweatshop where a car has to be assembled in 30 minutes and that is the atmosphere at philly/ Only people who succeed are those willing to backstab their co-workers. My salary in the past 8 tears has actually gone down, they make you beg for a 3% increase but dramatically raise health insurance premiums yearly.

Pros

The company offers great benefits, including fitness accommodations, breakfast once a month or every other month. I appreciated and loved the idea that the company encourages for its employees to volunteer and in exchange one can earn additional benefits. Salary is mediocre. Depending on the person and their ultimate goals the pros could outweigh the cons, ie, tuition reimbursement is available and should be pursued.

Cons

Supervisors are not necessarily consistent. At times the supervisors do not display a level of respect. The contact center employees are not viewed as being apart of the entire company and there lies a level of confusion as it relates to how the company flows - improvement is needed in this area. Accountability is talked about in all areas but there is a level of shifting and blaming that is done which leads to a pure disconnect.
