      Friendly helpful environment. No micromanaging in the AE department. Management wanted the company to succeed and knew the AE's were crucial for that success.

      Cons

      Low pay, underwriter and sales dynamic created a lot of unnecessary clashing. Company had little to no perks

      Great Benefits, technology savy, paperless company

      Cons

      Pay below market salary for desired position. Good Ole boy company. I worked in the Atlanta (Kennesaw, GA) location. Management is horrible. No room for advancement, small office. A female will never be promoted within the company, the men rule. Managers micro manage their employees here. It's 2015 and they do not allow you to work from home. Why not, it's a paperless company.
