Very slow paced work environment

Employees are over worked and under appreciated, They work like dogs and have to beg for the measly 1% raise; 2% if your lucky. Only the chosen few are rewarded and that's because they kiss up to the right people. If you're not in that group you can forget it. It took me a while but I found my way to another employer who appreciates and rewards their hard working employees. There's life after Philadelphia Insurance and I'm living proof. Many employers are looking for hard working people. The job market is open.
