      Pros

      Liked working with everyone, people were all very helpful all the way from interns to the upper management. Great program.

      Cons

      There really werent any cons with the internship program. Overall I thought it was run very well. People in the office were always very positive.

      -People are very helpful and friendly -great 401k plan -2 weeks PTO and numerous holidays off -attractive starting slary

      -Need a more formal training program -Would benefit from a more dynamic, creative and collaborative envrionment
