      Great work life balance, very flexible and accomodating to employee work and life needs. Great incentives program and a generous tuition reimbursement benefit. They also recognize many major holidays. One of the best companies I've worked for

      I work from home so I just wish there were more inclusive events to make me feel apart of the team be office environment.

      Pros

      PHLY is a really good place to work. Very professional and a large company. I participated in the summer internship program and they flew us out to philadelphia to give a presentation to the executives of the company.

      Cons

      Advancement may take a while. In order to move up in the company, you likely will have to move to another location where openings are available.
