      Free coffee. That's about it for pros.

      Cons

      Extremely poor leadership. Sr. Mgmt in a bubble. "Strategic" decisions made in a vacuum, with no input from employees. Little to no regard for impact to employees. Our way or the highway mentality. If you are consultative, strategic, innovative - or anything other than a blind order taker, please really consider your choice before joining this organization. So many horror stories!
