      Pros

      I appreciate the investment that PHLY makes in its employees. Plenty of training and development opportunities. Great incentives and benefits. Very competitive and motivating environment.

      Cons

      Company culture is not for everyone and can be tough. I feel PHLY tries to make sure each employee/hire is a good fit. If you are intrinsically motivated and show up ready to work, you'll find the work rewarding.

      Non management employees are great, working at a remote location you are out of touch with what is happening in the company

      Cons

      Upper management are out of touch with employee needs and needs to be addressed. Working conditions are hostile and workers are unappreciated.
