The professional liability claims department is such a mess. Micro management and no real authority given to adjusters makes the job almost impossible.

Management was harsh when it could have simply offered better preparation.

Allowed a bit of extra time during the lunch hour for people who used it for exercise.

Cons

Management was harsh to new people learning the system. A lot of turn over meant switching duties around and they did not adequately prepare employees to cover tasks that became seemingly randomly assigned to them.
