      The Leawood, KS office is in a nice location Some coworkers were great

      Cons

      Ineffective leadership. Poor directives were never really explained, just forced on the teams. Outdated systems. Most of the team leads were more concerned with talking up management than actually helping their teams. You don't feel like you're important to the company, just a number on a spreadsheet. If you're not a favorite, you are going nowhere with this company.

      Okay benefits/401k matching and health and fitness perks, volunteer opportunities, not much else is a pro at this company unfortunately

      Cons

      Such a large lack of communication and disconnect between upper management and rest of company. Very political and will get rid of you quickly if they have a "friend" or "family member" to hire. Salary is not competitive at all unless you are sales rep and they try to use the health and fitness perks to cover that up.
