Pros

All non-managerial employees are great to work with because they deal with the same struggles as you. Quantity is always rewarded over quality. (I know I've seen that mentioned on another post here.) So if you make plenty of errors and could really care less about your work, but do it quickly, send them a resume. PHLY does have some great products, and if you're lucky enough to deal with people who have been working there a while, you can get things done properly, if not good luck.

Cons

Understaffed/Undertrained. I realize turnover is high, so they don't want to expend many resources on training new employees...but possibly that could be the key to reducing turnover. Never worked in a office setting before where I saw one of my coworkers cry because of the job, well at PHLY I saw multiple people cry. Keep it up Mgmt, seems to work for you. HR department is a joke at best.

Pros

Great company to work for, but I would advise you have some insurance knowledge Excellent hours and fantastic pay! Great benefits!! Health and also you get little perks during the holidays and discounts.

Cons

Very intense and stressful work, most likely because the 3 weeks of training was compacted into 3 days. The supervisors do the training while trying to complete their own work load. This makes them extremely impatient, irritable and hard to talk to. Very unorganized May have good benefits but very uncomfortable place to work

Pros

Job security. Free gym. Good benefits.

Cons

No room to grow. Management does not care about your needs. HR department is a joke. They do not respect their employees. No idea how they make the Philly Top Places to Work every year. Stay away.
