      not a great training program and somewhat outdated software and company speed in general

      Kennesaw location. Kennesaw location. Kennesaw location. Kennesaw location. Kennesaw location. The Avoidance of the usual Atlanta rush hour commute is nice.

      Our daily tasks make it essential to work super efficiently so just let us do our jobs without the 30 unnecessary emails each day.

      Pros

      Great overall company culture, everyone is very friendly. It's a secure industry and there's a good mix of older and younger folks. Company outings, gym onsite with free membership for employees, plenty of opportunities for volunteer work and bonuses for marathons and employee referrals

      Cons

      The hiring process can be a bit slow and sometimes it can be difficult to be promoted within. It can be easy to get stuck in one place for years, but they also make it easy to move around between departments
