      Free breakfast, good benefits, 401K match, reasonable amount of personal/vacation time

      Cons

      Too much micromanaging, no room for advancement. Overworked and understaffed. Constant irrelevant meetings and stressful webinars. No breaks, no overtime. They expect you to get an incredible amount of work done in not enough time. You're graded and given a score on every single thing you do which becomes stressful and tiring. Micromanaging of your inbox, workload, pretty much your entire work life. No idea who to answer to, too many managers that contradict themselves.

      Good Medical benefits, 401K match, on site gym

      Cons

      Employees are over worked and under appreciated, They work like dogs and have to beg for the measly 1% raise; 2% if your lucky. Only the chosen few are rewarded and that's because they kiss up to the right people. If you're not in that group you can forget it. It took me a while but I found my way to another employer who appreciates and rewards their hard working employees. There's life after Philadelphia Insurance and I'm living proof. Many employers are looking for hard working people. The job market is open.
