      Pros

      Company offers lots of benefits outside of the usual medical and normal routine plans. They encourage a work life balance. Management is supportive of their employees. They offer on line classes.

      Cons

      The work load does not allow you to have work life balance. There are metrics that are used for your annual review that are statistics which count for 50% of your evaluation regardless of your outcome on claims and volume

      Recently had the opportunity to participate in employee feedback session with our Phly CUO and a small group of employees. The CUO was very receptive to what the employees had to say and, after attending this session, I feel confident that my 2024 business goals & objectives are well-aligned with the company goals CUO discussed. Separately, Phly has recognized the value of industry experience I brought to the company, with a recent promotion.
