Pros

there are no pros to working here

Cons

Do not work here, outdated technology, micro management, ridiculous claim load, unrealistic goals for the workload, go ANYWHERE else. Management is very condescending

Pros

Good benefits. Nice coworkers. Sometimes good bosses.

Cons

Work life balance can be up in the air depending on your role and location. Many teams have been understaffed for a while, and retention hasn’t been great. Philadelphia also typically pays employees less than what the market is paying.
