No room for advancement. Need to start promoting within the company instead of offering higher positions to outsiders first. Focus more on the positive things about people instead of just the negative.

Phone rings constantly. Management doesn't know coverage. Pendinga are over 300. The office has had bed begs for the last 2 years. 'Nuff said.
