      There are lots of details which enbable to learn and career growth. This company really care about work-life balance and try much to sustain people. The organization culture is full of helping each other with care. You always feel warm welcome at here.

      Tobacco is harmful in most people's perception.

      Pros

      Four years at PMI was like doing an MBA! I met fantastic people, got a great chance to develop myself and it certainly made me extremely competative in the market place.

      Cons

      No women in senior management positions. While there is no official "glass ceiling" it is hard to get promoted to Director and above for ladies.

      - high preassure on being a full professional - changes (organizational, in processes) that gives possibilities to organization and employees to grow - constant training and sharing knowledge

      Cons

      - asymetry in apprizal and rewards - not equal oportunities related to promotions from one department to another - sometimes cost cutting affects the needs of the departments i.e. there is no funds for external trainings and quality of the internal ones is not high enough.
