      There is really good compensation and great benefits. You can travel in some roles but don't have to. You can also change your role in the organization every 1-2 years which makes work not boring at all. Very diverse in terms of population.

      It's sometimes stressful but not more than any other Fortune 500.

      Cigarette manufacturers (just like any other industry) needs to adapt operations to market conditions and despite market share gains for the big brands the overall volume trend remains negative. Will this change in the next years?
