Run. Leadership is completely lost

Pros

Used to be people but they let everyone go….

Cons

The company has gone through three major reorganizations within a single year, resulting in VP level firings and demotions. Leadership has shifted its focus away from consumers and toward stakeholders, at the expense of the brand’s core identity. Advancement and recognition are largely dependent on your proximity to leadership rather than your actual contributions. Employees who don’t align themselves with those at the top are quickly sidelined. Honest feedback and differing perspectives are not welcomed your voice carries little weight. The culture feels driven by ego, credit-seeking, and a focus on high-visibility wins over meaningful, sustainable work. This is slowly destroying what was once a strong and successful brand. If the leadership mindset doesn’t shift, the company’s future looks concerning. Proceed with caution

Pros

Good benefits. Opportunities for international careers. Relatively good salary.

Cons

Since the arrival of new senior management team members the culture of the company has been destroyed. Now the company is led by arrogant and inexperienced leaders who know very little about the industry

Pros

Working with the best of the best in the manufacturing industry (and other global industries) keeps you aiming for your best as well. Great benefits and pay.

Cons

Little work-life balance. Depending on the management, there can be a lot of office politics. Always be ready to move if you want to progress in your career.
