Noone can tell me what my salary ceiling is as a TSM. Noone can tell me what boxes I need to check get a high achieves, im told, "it's not really possible to hit, just go out and do your best. If you get it, you get it. If you don't, you dont." There's no firm structure so they can do and say whatever they want. There is no training within this organization. We're expected to profit 5 billion this year and they increased the TSM yearly bonus by $300 - a slap in the face.
